Originally intended to follow up our album Archie Undeath, Archie Awakened was a sequel that had almost been completed but was missing three of its songs.

For the sake of the release not feeling too awkward, the planned narration is not on these songs. Here is some of the material that would have formed our follow up album, tied up under a new name "Transistor Sunset".

It sometimes is painful to look back on things like this... My days of browsing /mu/ were ones that were filled with a variety of emotions. They were formative years for me, but 4chan culture as a whole is something I choose to be further removed from now. That said, overwhelmingly in the face of where I'm at now, I know I wouldn't have been the same person I am today without those years. I also met some wonderful people along the way.

It is a good feeling to tie up loose ends, and doing so on good terms.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every person who listened, made some music, or said something kind about a song.

This is the final album release from The Meme Friends.
